Fragar Group is a business name of G.R Bulloch & J.A Bulloch T/as Fragar Enterprises (ABN 75 474 641 796), based in Condobolin, NSW. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and how you can see or correct it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Your name, business name, phone number, email address, and billing and delivery addresses.
- Order details, such as what you bought, your truck body measurements and any notes you give us.
- Trade account details, such as your ABN, business type and website.
- Messages you send us by phone, email, WhatsApp or the forms on our website.
- Your login details, if you create an account on our website.
- Basic technical information when you visit our website, such as your IP address, device, browser and the pages you view (see Cookies and tracking below).
We collect this information from you when you order, request a quote, apply for a trade account, contact us or use our website.
How we use it
- To process and deliver your orders, and send you order and delivery updates.
- To answer your questions and prepare quotes.
- To assess and manage trade account and 30-day account applications.
- To keep our accounting and tax records.
- To keep our website secure and prevent fraud.
- To improve our website, products and service.
- To tell you about new products and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Unfinished orders: if you start checking out on our website but don’t finish, we may save the details you entered so we can send you a reminder or help you complete your order.
Cookies and tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar tools. Some are needed for the site to work, such as keeping items in your cart and keeping you signed in. Others help us understand how people use the site and how well our ads work:
- Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads) measures website visits and ad results. If you reach our website from a Google ad, our phone number may show as a Google forwarding number so we can see which ads lead to calls. Google records basic details of these calls, such as the time and length of the call.
- Meta (the Meta Pixel) measures and improves our Facebook and Instagram ads.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although parts of the site, such as the cart, may not work without them. You can also change your ad settings in your Google and Facebook accounts.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with businesses that help us run Fragar Group, and only what they need to do their job:
- our payment provider, to process payments
- freight and courier companies and our shipping software, to deliver your order
- our accounting software (Xero)
- our website host, and our email and website email delivery providers (including Microsoft 365)
- Google and Meta, for website analytics and advertising
We may also share information where the law requires it. We never sell your personal information.
Some of these providers store information outside Australia, including in the United States.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Our website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection and security monitoring. We keep information only for as long as we need it, including to meet tax and accounting record-keeping rules.
Marketing emails
If you’ve ordered from us or given us your details, we may email you about new products and offers. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, or you can ask us to stop at any time.
Seeing or correcting your information
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. Call 1300 850 413 or email sales@fragargroup.com.au and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Concerns and complaints
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your personal information, please contact us first and we’ll do our best to fix it. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you may be able to contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
