These terms apply to every order placed with Fragar Group, whether online, by phone or by email. Fragar Group is a business name of G.R Bulloch & J.A Bulloch T/as Fragar Enterprises (ABN 75 474 641 796), 13-15 Wiradjuri Way, Condobolin NSW 2877. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Prices
- Prices on our website are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. GST is added at checkout, and quotes show whether GST is included.
- Freight is added at checkout (see Delivery below).
- If a product is shown at an obviously wrong price, we’ll contact you before we process your order. You can go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
- Quotes, such as for retractable tarps or fleet orders, are valid for 30 days unless the quote says otherwise.
2. Your order
- Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. If we can’t supply your order, we’ll let you know and refund anything you’ve paid in full.
- Made-to-order kits. Pull-out tarp kits are cut to the box width you give us (1500 to 2500 mm). Please measure the inside width of your truck body carefully using our 2-minute measuring guide. You’re responsible for the measurements and options you choose, so if you’re unsure, call us on 1300 850 413 before you order.
- Changes and cancellations. Contact us as soon as possible. We can change or cancel a kit order at no cost until we start cutting it. Once cutting has started, the order can’t be changed or cancelled.
3. Payment
- Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay: payment is taken when you place your order.
- Direct bank transfer: use your order number as the payment reference. We start your order once the payment clears.
- Pay on account: only available to customers with an approved 30-day account. These accounts need a separate credit application, and payment is due on the terms of your approved account.
- Trade accounts: approved dealers, distributors and body builders see trade prices when signed in. A trade account doesn’t include a 30-day account.
4. Delivery
- We deliver anywhere in Australia. Flat-rate freight is added at checkout. Current rates are on our Delivery page.
- Delivery times are estimates and depend on where you are. If you need your order by a certain date, call us before you order.
- Please check your order when it arrives, and tell us about any damage in transit within 7 days of delivery.
5. Ownership and risk
Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they’re delivered. The goods stay our property until we’ve received payment in full.
6. Returns and faulty goods
We don’t accept change-of-mind returns, because kits are made to order and parts are sold to suit specific tarp systems. If something is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, see our Returns & Refunds Policy for how to make a claim.
7. Using our products
Please install, use and maintain our products in line with our installation guides and product information. You’re responsible for making sure your vehicle and load meet the road rules where you operate.
8. Our liability
- To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits or downtime.
- Where our products aren’t of a kind ordinarily bought for personal, domestic or household use, our liability for failing to meet a consumer guarantee is limited, where the law allows, to repairing or replacing the goods or paying the cost of doing so.
9. Orders delivered to the USA
Orders delivered to the USA are priced in US dollars, include delivery, duties and taxes, and are shipped from Australia. The delivery times and parts warranty shown on our USA order page apply to these orders.
10. Privacy
We handle your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.
11. General
- These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
- We may update these terms from time to time. The terms on this page when you place your order apply to that order.
