Pull-out kits suit truck bodies 1500–2400 mm wide and are cut to your box width. Freight is added at checkout and we ship Australia-wide.

What affects the price of a made-to-measure system
Body size
The length and width of your truck body or trailer set how much tarp, how many bows and how long a track the system needs.
Material
Mesh, waterproof PVC or asphalt spec canvas. Choose the material to suit what you carry.
Bow height
Bows from 200 mm to 700 mm high. Taller bows give more clearance for high-volume loads.
Hand wind or electric
Hand wind is simple with nothing to charge. A 12 V or 24 V electric drive with wireless remote adds to the price but saves time and strain.
Extras
Options such as bow height, material and colour are set from your measure sheet.
Freight
Pull-out kits are a flat $77 inc GST freight anywhere in Australia. For retractable systems, freight depends on the size of the system and where it’s going. See delivery.
Ways to keep the cost down
- Choose a pull-out kit if it suits your body. It’s a fixed price, ordered online, with no motor or wiring.
- Go hand wind unless you cover and uncover many times a day.
- Replace just the tarp when it wears out. See replacement tarps.
- Fix, don’t replace. The most common parts, like the spring assembly, are sold separately.

Why aren’t retractable tarps priced online?
Every retractable tarp is made to measure for the body it goes on, so the price depends on its size, material, bow height and drive. Send us your measurements and we’ll quote it.
Can I buy parts on their own?
Yes. Pull-out and retractable tarp spare parts can be ordered online.
