Description
The driver’s side bearing housing carries and guides the drive cable along the driver’s side of the body on retractable and back-to-front tarp systems.
The housing is formed from plated steel channel with welded mounting tabs, and is pre-drilled for a solid bolt-on fit to the body rail. Inside, two grooved pulleys on high-tensile bolts keep the cable running straight along the channel, while a pair of pulleys on a heavy axle at the end turn the cable through the change of direction.
All four pulleys run on sealed bearings for smooth, low-friction travel and long service life, even with the dust, grit and water that come with tipper work. The grooved faces keep the cable seated and tracking true under load.
Supplied fully assembled, ready to fit.
Suits the driver’s side of Fragar Group retractable and back-to-front tarp systems.
